MBBS, MS.
Kavita Mundey Ratarasarn
Dr. Kavita completed medical school at AIIMS, India before moving to the U.S., where she trained in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine. Driven by a persistent sense that something was missing in conventional care, she began searching for a more complete approach to health—especially after experiencing stress-related illnesses including chronic fatigue, digestive issues, chronic pain, and burnout. Her exploration led her to Yoga and Ayurveda, a journey that transformed both her personal health and professional path. In addition to completing Yoga Teacher Training and Ayurveda Practitioner Certification, she recently earned a Master of Science in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. Today, she helps clients cut through the noise of health trends to reconnect with simple, time-tested principles that support true, lasting wellness. With deep respect for both modern medicine and ancient wisdom, her approach empowers each person to make aligned choices that honor their unique needs—now and for the long term. She is committed to the core message of Ayurveda: health isn’t just the absence of disease—it’s the foundation for living a rich, meaningful, and fulfilling life.
