Shahrzad Rabie

NP, MS

Shahrzad is a Holistic Family Nurse Practitioner and Ayurvedic specialist with over 40 years of clinical experience spanning ICU, oncology, orthopedics, and geriatric care. Holding advanced degrees in Nursing and a Master’s in Ayurveda and Integrative Health, she blends modern medical insight with time-tested holistic wisdom. Her approach is deeply personal and rooted in lived experience—after overcoming chronic stress-related GI issues through Ayurveda, she now helps others do the same. Shahrzad offers integrative consultations that address the root causes of imbalance, guiding motivated adults toward sustainable health through mindful lifestyle changes and harmonizing body, mind, and spirit.

NAN FLAHERTY

Nan is a Certified Mindfulness Instructor (since 2013), licensed 250-hour Yoga Teacher, and Ayurvedic practitioner. She co-founded ReSet-MindBody, a Milwaukee-based organization that delivered secular, school-wide mindfulness programs and workshops focused on building self-awareness, self-regulation, and resilience. At Sukha Asana Wellness, Nan works primarily as a mindfulness coach, offering individual and group sessions, with gentle mindful movement incorporated when appropriate. Her calm, supportive teaching style creates an environment where clients feel encouraged, grounded, and connected, whether working alongside Ayurvedic counseling or engaging in mindfulness sessions independently.
